Volunteers will work with coordinator, curriculum, and recruitment committees to create and implement a plan to solicit community involvement in developing a leadership development program for the both the English and Spanish speaking communities. Volunteers will also help in designing and implementing the curriculum. This opportunity will give volunteers the chance to network with leaders in the Latino community, learn about program design, work in a bi-lingual atmosphere, and start a new project in the community.
