Description:
The services we provide include medications, medical equipment and supplies, pain management, physician services, nursing and home health aide visits to provide direct care, social work services, counseling, chaplain services, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, volunteers to provide companionship, and bereavement services for a minimum of 13 months following the loss of the loved one.
