Connecticut legal Services,Inc. has started a legal clinic in Stamford to help day laborers who have not been paid at all or paid in full by their employers. The clinic meets the second and fourth Wednesday each month from 8 pm to approximately 9:30 pm. Most of the clients are from Central and South America and do not speak English. We are constantly need of volunteers to translate and to help administer the clinic. Volunteers must have their own transportation to our office at 20 Summer Street in Stamford.
