Volunteers are needed who can spend time with children while they wait for their appointments...reading, telling stories, playing games, are all activities that help a child to feel comfortable in our center. Other clerical duties, such a filing, answering telephones, scheduling appointments are also essential...but our biggest need is to help provide comfort to maltreated children.

All volunteers must sign a confidentiality statement...that they agree to protect the names of children and families referred to our child advocacy center...Much like the television AD that states: "What happens in Vegas...stays in Vegas". A Volunteer application must be completed and references will be check.
