As a One-Stop Career Center, CareerWorks offers a place for employers and people seeking employment to connect in a customer-friendly, customer driven environment. CareerWorks applies creative and innovative approaches to meet the growing and changing needs of our members.

CareerWorks is a non-profit One-Stop Career Center overseen under charter with the Brockton Area Workforce Investment Board and managed by the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute.

CareerWorks serves job seekers and employers in Brockton, Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, Easton, Hanson, Stoughton, West Bridgewater, and Whitman.

From Route 24 take Exit 18A to Route 27 (Brockton). At the second set of lights, take a left onto Pleasant Street. Take a right at the fifth set of lights onto Montello Street. Go straight at the next set of lights. Take the first right onto Lincoln Street. At the stop sign, take a right into the parking lot. Entrance and Parking for CareerWorks is available behind the building.
