Description:
Hill Haven is a 355-bed skilled nursing facility located in Webster, New York. We provide 24-hour skilled nursing care to those in need of longterm care, rehabilitation, sub-acute/transitional care, hospice care, or care for Alzheimer's type dementia. Our goal is to provide a home like atmosphere for our residents and is accomplished through the cooperative efforts of staff and volunteers, with volunteers providing those "extra" touches of care and comfort.
