The Government Channel's Mission is to make local government more accessible to Rochester residents. We have three general areas of service - live cablecasts and repeats of public meetings, information posted via the “bulletin board” and special programming. The live cablecast of Rochester Public Meetings would not be possible with out our volunteers.
Description:
The Rochester Government Channel is under the MIS (Mapping and Information Systems) Department of the City of Rochester. The Rochester Government Coordinator is a part - time employee of the City.
