Rochester Recreation, Arena & Youths Services (RAYS) is committed to providing recreational and community programming aimed at enriching the quality of life in Rochester. We strive to maintain meaningful connections with the community by providing programs, services and facilities that foster a healthy community.
Description:
Variety of Programs Include:
Facility rentals for non-profit and private organizations, Karate for children & adults, yoga, programs for kiddos 3-5 years old, Rec Basketball for youth & adults, Tennis, Community Events (Halloween event, National Night Out, Earth Day Cleanup, Concert on the Common music series), preschool movement class, swim lessons, outdoor pools, summer camp, basketball camp, and much more.
Arena:
A safe, clean ice rink that provides competitive and recreational ice-skating and in-line skating for all ages.
Sept-May: Professionally managed ice rink for learn-to-skate programs, hockey lessons & practice, youth & adult leagues, public open skate, "Skate with Santa" in December.
June-August: Indoor modular sporting surface. Youth & adult Roller Hockey including learn-to-skate, Lacrosse, and birthday party rentals.
