Description:
The Kingston Children's Center offers a variety of activities for children 6 weeks to 13 years. Our programs include infants, toddlers, preschool, kindergarten and school-age care. The center integrates children with special needs into its program and provides subsidized child care to qualifying families through the State of New Hampshire Scholarship Program. Our professional staff creates an environment where children learn through exploration and interact with educational and age appropriate materials. The center offers extended day child care in addition to the preschool and kindergarten programs.
History:
The Kingston Children's Center was established in 1972 as a non-profit child care facility in the basement of the Pilgrim United Church of Christ at 12 Church Street, Kingston, NH. The center has grown over the years to serve nearly 200 children annually. Our service area is in the Rockingham County and beyond. In 1989 the center purchased the building from the church and immediately began renovation projects. We are an agency of the Greater Seacoast United Way which enables the center the privilege of providing affordable quality child care.

From the North head south on route 125 pass the Rockingham Courthouse which will be on your right. Continue south until you come to route 111 lights. At the light take a right then take the next right onto Chase St. Go to the stop sign and take a left onto Church Street. The center is approximately 1/4 mile on the right. |
