Lamprey Health Care's Senior Transportation Program exists to serve the needs of the elderly and disabled in Rockingham and parts of Strafford counties. We are committed to improving the total well-being of our communities and keeping the elderly independent for as long as possible.

Description:
The Senior Transportation Program provides transportation services to the elderly (55 and over) and disabled residents of 27 local communities. Weekly service is offered in many communities for grocery shopping, trips to the pharmacy and bank, appointments to doctors and dentists, meals and recreational trips.

History:
Over 30 years ago Lamprey's Senior Transportation Program began with one small van. Now the program provides over 3000 rides a month with four 16-24 passenger vehicles and one 10 passenger van. All are handicap accessible.
