Easter Seals has an outstanding commitment toward identifying community based needs and developing programs and services to meet the needs of children and their families. Easter Seals partners with many state and local collaborators to ensure the most successful outcomes for children and family.

Description:
Easter Seals Office, The Family Place in Raymond NH provides a wide variety of services and supports to children birth through adolescence who have developmental concerns and challenges. In addition, we provide behavioral health and emotional support services to the families and children we serve. Programs include Autism supports and services, pediatric outpatient rehab programs, sensory integration therapies, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work, Family Counseling and Play Therapy. We partner with many organizations to ensure that children and families receive the services they need in a timely and family centered manner.

History:
Easter Seals has over 100 years of services to individuals with disabilities throughout the United States and Canada. In NH, Easter Seals began in 1936 with its services to children. Services to adults with disabilities began in 1944 as an attempt to support families to keep their family with a disability at home. Today, Easter Seals NH has over 35 offices and locations throughout NH serving the specific needs of each community. In addition to working with individuals with disabilities of all ages, Easter Seals provides childcare, adult day programs, early intervention, family counseling, school programs and camp programs.
