the Senior Citizen Center has been in existence for over forty years. In 2000 we moved to our present location, 127 Parrott Avenue. We are sponsored by the PHA Housing Development LTD, our non-profit corporation. We continue to provide activities, classes and events that will help to keep our participants in their own homes by offering an exercise program daily, nutrition and other programs to keep our seniors alert and using their mind, body and soul. We also offer music therapy that reduces stress, relaxation and skills in playing a variety of instruments.
