Rochester District Visiting Nurse Association is a non-profit home health care agency serving the communities of Strafford, Northern Rockingham and Southern Carroll Counties in New Hampshire since 1913. Our services include skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, medical social workers,obstetrical/pediatric nursing, IV nursing, wound/ostomy care,psychiatric nursing,telehealth,disease management, patient education/wellness programs, licensed nursing assistants. Support Services Program:
Personal Care Service Providers, Homemakers, Staff Companions, In-Home Providers.
Adult Day Center..Open Daily from 8am-5pm The perfect balance between healthcare and socialization in a safe environment.
Volunteer Opportunities: Senior Companions, Companions, Adult Day Center volunteers, Pet Visitors and office.
