Description:
Seacoast Visiting Nurse Association is a private, non-profit, community-based home health agency dedicated to caring for the people of Seacoast NH including East Kingston, Exeter, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, New Castle, Newington, North Hampton, Portsmouth, Rye, Seabrook, South Hampton and Stratham. Seacoast VNA provides the following services to patients in their own homes: skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social services, home health aide, nutritional counseling and daily telemonitoring using Honeywell HomMed Daily Vital Signs Monitoring System.

Seacoast VNA has a nationally certified wound/ostomy care nurse and IV therapy nurse.

History:
Seacoast Visiting Nurse Association has been providing home health care for over thirty five years. The largest program is the home care of the sick where hospital level care is rendered in the home. Seacoast VNA also offers an Adult Wellness Program.
