Description:
At The Edgewood Centre, we provide residential and rehabilitative health care for people of all ages. We provide residential pediatric care to children with severe disabilities, long term care to elderly residents, Alzheimer's/dementia care, palliative care, respite care, and skilled rehabilitation to ease the transition between hospital and home.
History:
The Edgewood Centre is a family owned and operated facility that has been helping people in the community for over 30 years.

From the Portsmouth Traffic Circle, take Rt. 1 South to the lights at Greenleaf Ave. Turn Left. At stop sign turn left onto Middle Street. Proceed to next light and turn right on South Street. Continue to second blinking yellow light and Edgwood is on the right. Go to the bottom of the hill to find the facility.
