Footprints Food Pantry, Inc. is a non-profit organization run by volunteers, to provide food for the needy in the towns of Kittery, Kittery Point and Eliot,Maine. Our main mission is to make sure that everything humanly possible is done to help provide food for the needy. Our over all goal is that someday Footprints will no longer be needed. (No more hungry people)

Description:
Footprints Food Pantry is a non profit organization run by volunteers. Our monies are raised by donations, grants, memorial gifts, money jars at area businesses, and from our annual apple pie and ice cream sale. We receive food from the annual Post Office Food Drive, The Cub Scouts Drive, schools, local supermarkets, area restaurants, truck stops, organizations, local businesses, Churches and town residents.
We strive to make Footprints a friendly place to help ease the feeling of
people asking for help. We give each family enough food to last them five days. We also supply, when available, such items as
toothpaste and brushes, laundry soap, soap, and personal items such as diapers, feminine products, warm clothing, mittens, and cat and dog food.
All of this help is made possible through the support and dedication of volunteers who perform many needed tasks for their neighbors and give of their time, talent and financial aid without any compensation. They are the backbone of Footprints and through their participation Footprints is able to provide the needed services every week.
