The Community Campus is a center to promote health and wellness on Seacoast.

Description:
The Community Campus is an initiative of the Foundation for Seacoast Health.
This 80,000 square foot facility, located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, provides not only facility space to non-profit organizations, but also encourages collaboration and the sharing of resources between agencies located within the Campus and throughout the Seacoast. Each day, hundreds of Seacoast children and families participate in programs and access services offered by the Campus-based agencies.

History:
The Foundation for Seacoast Health is one of the largest private charitable foundations in New Hampshire, created in 1984 with private endowments and the proceeds of the sale of the Portsmouth Hospital franchise to Hospital Corporation of America.

The Foundation owns and operates the Community Campus as part of its ongoing commitment to the health and wellness of the Seacoast.

Directions:

From the North: Take Rt 16 South to the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Take Rt 1 South. Go through the lights by Yoken's Restaurant (look for big neon whale). At the next light, turn Right. At stop sign, turn Left onto West Rd. Follow to stop sign and turn Right onto Campus Drive. Follow drive onto campus and park in the First Lot. From Maine: Take 95 South and exit at the Portsmouth Traffic Circle to get onto Rt 1 South. Go through the lights by Yoken's Restaurant (look for big neon whale). At the next light, turn Right. At stop sign, turn Left onto West Rd. Follow to stop sign and turn Right onto Campus Drive. Follow drive onto campus and park in the First Lot.
