McGregor Memorial EMS (formerly Durham Ambulance Corps) is seeking EMTs and Paramedics to join our group of 50 volunteer EMS providers that provide 911 ambulance coverage to the towns of Durham, Lee, Madbury and the University of New Hampshire. McGregor operates two Advanced Life Support-equipped ambulances that respond to 1500 calls for service per year. McGregor requires all active providers to be currently certified as an EMT-Basic or higher (sorry, we cannot accept First Responders). McGregor can help anyone interested in becoming certified find a class that fits into their schedule and even offer financial assistance to interested permanent area residents.
