 The First Tee of New Hampshire conducts golf and Life Skill programs throughout the spring, summer and fall. Our classes are filled with kids eager to learn the game of golf as well as the Life Skills portion of our program that includes instruction to build character based on 9 Core Values; Courtesy, Respect, Judgment, Responsibility, Sportsmanship, Confidence, Honesty, Integrity, and Perseverance.
We are looking for volunteers to work with our instructors to ensure children are getting the most out of their experience with us. Knowledge of golf is a plus, but not a requirement.
Volunteers are also needed to work on events such as our annual golf tournament. If you only have a few hours to give let us know if we can call on you for an administrative project such as helping put together a mailing or adding information to our database. These are often projects with very flexible hours that can be done from home.
If you work directly with the program, to ensure the safety of our participants, we are required to conduct a background check on all staff and volunteers. This is not a requirement if you are working on an event or administrative project. We encourage all volunteers to attend our volunteer training in the spring so you have a good understanding of what we do. This opportunity is sponsored by: The First Tee Of New Hampshire
