 Help package our commodity food boxes once a month in our warehouse, 215 S.E. Quincy St. This group activity involves some lifting and filling of boxes to get food to people on fixed incomes. We're looking for volunteers who can commit to a fairly regular volunteer activity; this opportunity is ideal for retirees and others who like to stay busy and make a difference.
We need volunteers during the day on the following dates: April 4-5 May 2-3 June 6-7 July 11-12 August 8-9 Sept. 5-6 Oct. 3-4 Oct. 31-Nov. 1 Nov. 28-29 Evening volunteer hours also may be available on the above dates.
