Description:
We promote planting trees and native plant material. We facilitate this action by working with people in Iowa and Illinois communities to develop "greenprints" for growing stronger, healthier environments where they live, work and play. Trees Forever seeks to address challenges to our communities and environment, by providing information and tools to the people who can make a difference.

History:
Trees Forever is a nonprofit organization, that is now nearly 20 years old, founded in 1989. We are a staff of 21 people with headquarters in Marion, IA. Our Field Coordinators work directly with community leaders and committed volunteers to ensure planting projects are successful from start to completion.

Directions:

The street tree inventory will take place throughout Marion. The training locations will be announced this spring.
