Office Assistant Volunteer

Our office is small. We need help completing deadlines for our monthly reports. You can help us best by spending an hour or two per weekday answering our busy telephone line. We need a volunteer who can record messages, schedules, and take accurate information from the callers.

You need to be able to record in English, any information provided by the caller and transfer that information to a schedule or message pad.
