To serve active military personnel, veterans and their families by providing financial informational resources in order to help them maintain financial stability and asset growth through times of adjustment and transition.

Description:
Veterans Financial Resource Center is a debt, credit and financial counseling program to assist military personnel, veterans and their families using the following formats:

  • A password protected interactive web site for military personnel, veterans and their families to use as a financial educational resource, and as a communication tool to get specific questions answered by a financial specialist.
  • Phone consultations and personal meetings with clients to analyze and advise them how to address financial issues and negotiate specific debts.
  • Present Credit and Debt seminars to groups of clients in the Puget Sound region.
  • Present Credit and Debt seminars to social workers to enhance their financial knowledge to serve clients.
