The mission of Operational Emergency Center (OEC) is to help solve temporary crisis and facilitate long-term stability while fostering self-reliance for King County families and individuals who are at risk.

Description:
OEC is a multi-lingual agency that provides emergency assistance of food, clothing, transportation, information and referral, benefits enrollment, health outreach and health education to over 215,000 individuals and families annually in Seattle/King County.
