Description:
Washington Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility that serves 165 residents who require 24 hour care by a professional healthcare team. We offer long term options in a homelike, caring community, a memory care unit that embraces the principles of gentlecare, and a newly built rehabilitation floor that provides transitional skilled rehabilitation that prepares individuals for return to the community or to lesser level care.
History:
WCCR has been serving the community for over 40 years,the facility was recently purchased by SouthEast Effective Development (SEED) that has been in the community for 30 years transforming the Rainier Valley. The management company has a long history of providing high standards of practice with the resources provided by primarily government and private resources. Our employees diversity reflects the diversity of the population we serve. Many of our employees have been loyal for over 20 and 30 years. We maintain an exceptional community reputation through a highly skilled and professional staff offering total comprehensive care.
