Bristol Elder Services, Inc. is dedicated to being the leader in improving the quality of life for elders and their families. As the focal point for innovative action, we provide and advocate for services which promote independence and dignity for all elders. Our aim at Bristol Elder Services is to see that "no elder goes unserved".
Description:
Bristol serves as the entry point for elder services in southeastern Massachusetts. Additionally, through the federal Older Americans Act, Bristol coordinates and funds an array of community programs designed to bridge the gaps in services and promote independence for elders. Founded in 1973, Bristol Elder Services, Inc. (Bristol) is a not-for-profit corporation, designated as an Aging Services Access Point and Area Agency on Aging. Bristol receives state and federal monies to assist elders in maintaining their independence in the community.
