Arts for All, Inc.'s mission is to provide accessible experiences, education and training in the Arts to children, especially those with special needs. Arts for All, Inc. believes in the potential of all persons to be creative individuals regardless of disability.
Description:
10 projects merge the Arts and Human Services through arts-based preschool, after school classes, summer/ winter arts camps,community wide productions, Arts for All Presents, Third St. Ensemble Company, day program for adults with developmental disabilities, respite/attendant care/habilitation support, inclusion aide training and AmeriCorps. Arts for All, Inc. is an AmeriCorps site and has full time and half time positions available. All staff and AmeriCorps members learn the best practices for direct care while making the arts accessible. Arts for All, Inc. has its own state of the art facility with an art studio, ceramics studio, preschool room, music room and recording studio, dance and drama rooms (which can convert into a small performance space), computer lab, multi-purpose room, quiet room, kitchen and outdoor play area.
