Parent Trust for Washington Mission Statement: Parent Trust for Washington Children creates lasting change and hope for the future by promoting safe, healthy families and communities.
Parent Trust for Washington Children accomplishes this mission by:

- Promoting knowledge of school readiness
- Building family and life management skills
- Developing the ability to give and receive support
- Preventing child abuse and neglect
Description:
Parent Trust for Washington Children (Parent Trust) offers four program areas meant to strengthen families and prevent child abuse and neglect: The Family Help Line, the only statewide telephone and internet based assistance line for families in crisis. The Parent Education and Support Program includes our Home Based Programs: the Intensive Parent Training & Support Program and the evidence based Parents as Teachers program and our our Community Based program: Families in Recovery groups, the Latino Group Program and general groups. The Child/Youth Youth Leadership & Support Program offers support and leadership training for children and teens and the Conscious Fathering Program offers the Skills for New Dads program and Parental Balance training.
History:
Parent Trust has served the families of Washington State for 28 years. Since it's founding, the agency has grown to a statewide, multi-service agency that provides family support and child abuse prevention programs.
