The Creek Steward Program provides opportunities to learn about Seattle's urban creek system and get involved with sustaining them.
Description:
The Creek Steward Program partners with Seattle Parks and Recreation, local community groups, businesses, schools, and individuals. Together, this network provides the opportunity for riparian restoration, maintenance of existing plantings, the monitoring of creeks and salmon, and citizen education in Best Management Practices (BMPs) which benefit our urban creeks.
