MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, a program designed to to encourage mothers with children under school age through relationships and resources. These women come from different backgrounds and lifestyles, yet all have similar needs, and a shared desire to be the best mothers they can be!
Description:
MOPS is a program specifically designed to meet the needs of mothers of preschoolers. At MOPS gatherings, our members enjoy the companionship of other preschool mothers, and learn through teaching and discussion groups about a wide array of topics of importance to them. While the mothers meet, our children enjoy a program all their own! This program is called our MOPPETS program, where the children participate in many nurturing and learning activities, such as crafts, singing, playtime, and snack time.
History:
Our group meets at Faith United Methodist Church in North Fargo. This is our 4th year and every year have new mothers and children waiting to join!
