Position title: Board Connections Position
Description: Wallingford Community Senior Center (WCSC), a long-time community resource, is at the beginning of an exciting transformation – from a small organization primarily serving seniors to an organization that is more inclusive, that reaches out to the broader community through collaboration and new programs.

We are seeking Board members and other volunteers to lead and guide this transformation to expand and strengthen our service and impact to the Wallingford, Fremont, East Greenlake, and other Northeast Seattle neighborhoods.

Join us! We are looking for people who care about strong community- centered organizations and who want to help chart a course to the future and play a role in making a vision come to life.

Our key work ahead will involve:
• Program development and expansion of service hours
• Community outreach and building partnerships
• Crafting the best business model, given the current policy and funding environment
• Development of financial support to ensure the success of this transformation
