Interested individuals will meet with the Executive Director and a current Board member to learn more about the organization and determine if there is potential for a mutually beneficial fit. If there is mutual interest, then the candidate will have the opportunity to meet with the rest of the Board. The Board then extends an invitation to the candidate. |
