Position title: Board Position
Description: Board members should be active members of the community who have an interest in improving the quality of life for those with developmental disabilities.
Type of board position: Board of Directors
The process for selecting or nominating members: Those interested in serving on the Board of Directors should contact the Executive Director, Scott Livengood. An application will be completed prior to attending a board meeting. At that time, the individual will meet the other board members and field questions from the directors. If qualified to serve, the individual will be nominated by a director and a vote will be taken.

Additional information about this position: Board terms are for three years. The meetings are somewhat informal but cover the business operations of the supported living program. Decision-making covers budget approval and financial statement review, policy approval, fundraising efforts, and strategic planning.
