Fund raising. Long-term planning. Policy making. Experience in non-profit management and technology management helpful. USM is dedicated to helping youth-in-need to meet their future off the street. Currently experiencing rapid growth, the agency is anxious to compose a 20 year strategic plan. Priority is establishment of secure, sufficient and stable funding stream. USM is not affiliated with any particular church, asks for no profession of faith, and enjoys the support of volunteers from across the spectrum of faith traditions.
This is a leadership level position.
