We're looking for board members with some specific characteristics and skills (not to necessarily be present in a single individual!):
- Interest in "triple bottom line" enterprises with social, environmental, and profit goals
- Passion for local/regional environmental issues and organizations
- Experience in board and organizational development (prior board membership roles)
- Experience starting and running a small retail enterprise
- Experience as a manager or director of a nonprofit organization
