Front Desk volunteers staff our information desk/gift shop. They are responsible for answering visitor questions, routing phone calls, registering students for programs, and being the friendly face of CWB. Visitor Services volunteers may be asked to do some administrative work during slow shifts on the front desk. Shifts depend on the season -- Nov 4-March 16, shifts are 10-1:30 and 1:30-5. March 16-May 24, shifts are 10-2 & 2-6, May 24-Sept 1 shifts are 10-1:30, 1:30-5 & 5-8, seven days a week.

If you can lend a hand, mouth & ear, are a detail oriented people person, are comfortable working with computers and have the ability to “multi-task” we’d love to have you. Some sales experience is also helpful.
