Friends of the Cedar River Watershed (www.cedarriver.org) is seeking enthusiastic and environmentally-conscious volunteers to join our office team in Ballard. We will tailor projects to seek your unique skill set and development goals. Tasks range from organizing special events and community outreach projects to writing articles for our news letters and maintaining our online database. Please review details below and contact us today!

Hourly commitments:
Office Volunteer - 2-20hrs/week
Volunteer Intern - 15hrs/week
We provide training and customize projects to fit a wide variety of skills and interests.

Preferred skills:
*Proficiency in Word and Excel
*Database experience (we can provide training)
*Good oral and written communication skills
*Interest in the environment

Other skills:
*Web-design
*Photography/journalism
*grant-writing
*Special event coordination
