Help us keep our yard and play areas looking nice

We always need help weeding, picking up leaves and garbage, trimming bushes, and sweeping the stray bark dust in our play areas.
In the spring and summer we need your help planting and helping the children maintain the garden areas. Youth volunteers are welcome. Volunteer with your family.
All tools provided-feel free to bring your own also!

We need all regular volunteers to fill out a state background check with ACAP and have a current TB test on file with us. These can be obtained from your doctor, or a community health clinic. The minimum age for this opportunity is 16 years and older. If you are a part of a one time weekend work crew the TB and background checks are not necessary.

 From I-5 South to Highway 18 East, take the exit at Auburn Way. Take a left onto Auburn Way, pass the Auburn Library and turn left at 12th Sreet. There is a Chevron Station on this corner. Turn left onto J Street. the REC building (old YMCA) will be on your right and ACAP is the next set of 3 gray buildings on your right. Please park in the REC/skatepark parking lot next door to ACAP.
