The Youth Sports work group is looking for positive energetic people to work in a variety of sports recreation programs with youth ages 3-10. The volunteers in this position must have experience working with sports programs and diverse youth and knowledge of specific sports fundamentals (soccer in fall, basketball in Winter and T-ball and track in field in Spring). Youth volunteers are welcome. This is a service-learning opportunity.

Volunteers for this position must attend scheduled trainings and must have a Washington State Patrol form cleared. The minimum age for this position is 16 years and older. Volunteers may be required to work evenings and weekends and may be required to work outdoors in all types of weather. Volunteers may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
This position may require strenuous activity, this may require lifting, bending, reaching, extended periods of time. Volunteers should have the ability to obtain First Aid and CPR training.

The minimum age for this opportunity is 16 years old.
