Girls Incorporated of New Hampshire is a member-based organization for girls ages 6 to 18. Our mission and passion is to help girls achieve their personal best through one-on-one attention, leadership development, a talented staff and volunteers, a wide range of enrichment programs, and a caring family environment. Programs, education and mentoring – and the opportunities that arise from them for members – are tailored to the community in which they are offered. Description:
Afterschool, Summer Camp, Site and Outreach programming are offered at various locations throughout Merrimack, Belknap, Hillsborough, Rockingham, Grafton, Sullivan, and Strafford Counties. Center and Site-based programs serve over 300 youth per day (over 400 per day in the summer) serving almost 4000 children annually. With additional Outreach Prevention programs implemented by Specialists in schools, housing authorities, and other sites across the state, the Agency provided a wide range of prevention programming to almost 7,000 youth in FY 2002

History:
For over 55 years nationally, nearly 30 years in New Hampshire and 6 years in Concord - we have provided vital educational programs to millions of girls. We currently serve girls in 7 of the state’s 10 counties, from 54 communities who represent 13 different countries and can speak 15 different languages!
