Meals on Wheels volunteer drivers deliver nutritious, hot meals to isolated seniors Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week. Be a part of our Home Bound Seniors lives in a small, yet important way and you will be hooked. Meals on Wheels volunteers whether giving a little time or a lot, are always welcome and appreciated. Mileage is reimbursed at thirty five cents per mile traveled to deliver meals. The first step in becoming a Meals on Wheels driver is to complete Spectrum Generations volunteer application form. Individuals must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Background checks are required.

Volunteers must use their own vehicles, have a clean driving record, be over the age of 18 years. Mileage reimbursement is an option. An orientation and training will occur before you make your first delivery. Staff will go with you your first day if needed
