This Program is a faith based initiative to reduce the number of infant deaths in our community, due to "co-sleeping." It provides parents with a safe place for their newborn to three month old baby to sleep. In Bay County there have been 3 infant deaths due to parents sleeping with their infants and smothering/killing their babies in the last few months ALONE. We are needing help with the production of these "baskets/beds" for the infant. We need sewers and materials.

A volunteer would need to be able to sew the skirt that goes around the basket. But, anyone can try to help get the bins used for the baskets.
