Description:
My Friend's Place is a nonprofit, licensed adult day care social program featuring a variety of social and supportive services in a safe, protective home environment during daytime hours. Our participants are people who are socially isolated, including those suffering from frailty, memory loss (such as Alzheimer's), Parkinson's, arthritis or the after-effects of a stroke.

History:
Our program started in April 2001. We are open three days a week-Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Our hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are a community-based social program and adult day service designed for adults with thinking, memory and physical impairments.

Northbound or Southbound on I-95, turn right at end of Exit185 (old Exit48) Ramp. Pass Broadway Shopping Center on right and proceed to Grandview Ave. Go to end, turn right onto Essex Street.
