Description:
Broadlawns Medical Center, as established under the Code of Iowa, has a rich history of nearly 80 years of "Caring for Our Community, Caring for You" of Polk County. While the name of the facility has changed over the years the care and compassion for the needs of the whole family have remained constant.

Today, Broadlawns Medical Center is comprised of:

• An acute care hospital serving medical, surgical, pediatrics and psychiatric patients,
• A fifty member physician practice overseeing numerous clinics and outpatient services,
• A Family Practice Residency Program offering numerous clinics and outpatient services, and
• A center where grant funded programs of a clinical and human services nature can flourish.
