The 10,000 Hours Show and You

Join thousands of young Iowans - from young professionals to college and high school students - rocking their communities through service and then rocking at a volunteers-only concert every Spring in Central Iowa.   

All you have to do is volunteer 10 hours and have those hours verified by the organization you volunteer with.  If you haven't read the information page on The 10,000 Hours Show click here to do so.

Important Note: You must be 14 years old  to participate in 10K.  By indicating you want to participate in 10K, you agree to receive periodic e-mail updates from 10K and the United Way of Central Iowa.
