The Sanger ISD Community Outreach mission is to assist parents of students with information, support services, educational opportunities as well as partnering with community leaders with timely information relating to the educational process within our schools.
Description:
The SISD Community Outreach and the Mobile Resource Center started approximately 9 years ago with the intention of providing educational support to parents and an outreach to area students. Our Programs consists of after school tutoring classes for students in K-9th grade. In addition we offer parenting classes in discipline, parenting teens and adolescents, as well as, General educational classes. We also provide clothes, school supplies and a weekly food backpack program for qualifying families and/or students. In summer months our Mobile resource Center offers a lending library and educational classes.
