 Answer phones and greet visitors in lobby. Ensure lobby and reception area are neat, clean and orderly. Time commitments requested of 2 days per week. Working in time increments of: 8am-11am 11am-1pm 1pm-5pm Refreshments and snacks available.
Ability to read, write and converse in English. Ability to communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, support agencies and others. Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation. Exceptional customer relations skills. Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, and prolonged sitting/standing. (No computer skills will be required. Job responsibility will only be to answer phones and greet visitors.)
