Our ageny's mission is to create healthier colonies of feral cats in the Williamsburg area and works to find homes for cats and kittens that are socialized through our fostering program

Description:
PPA traps, neuters/spays and vaccinates feral cats within the Williamsburg area. We rescue abandoned/orphaned kittens, which are raised/fostered with volunteers. Cats and Kittens that are "people friendly" are placed up for adoption at the PetSmart and PEtco Centers.

History:
PPA has been active in the area since 2002, working out of the home of Brenda Dulski (program manager).
