 Position Title: Provider Day Reception Assistance
Reports to: Volunteer Coordinator and Program Director
Overview of
position: To assist implementing evening reception for child care providers registered with the organization.
Specific Tasks:
- Assist with securing additional volunteers
- Assist with securing community contributions of in-kind and monetary value
- Assistance with decoration, setup and breakdown at end of reception
Time Required: 2-4 hours on day of event
Assistance with setup of chairs, buffet table, floral arrangements 5:00-7:00; Take down and clean up 8:00-10:00
Number of People Needed: 3 both sessions
