 Dinosaurs return to the Virginia Living Museum in the summer of 2008! We need volunteers to help visitors understand and enjoy our exhibits such as "Dino-Mania" which opens May 24 and runs through September 1, 2008. Volunteers in this exhibit will become experts on extinction, greet visitors of all ages from around the world and will help teach visitors what life may have been like a million years ago! The qualifications for this position are minimum age 15 or 11-14 with parent; must enjoy and be able to work with many types of people; willing to initiate interactions with visitors; should be interested in natural history and or paleontology, and must have neat appearance and friendly manner. From Interstate 64, take exit 258A. You will then be on J. Clyde Morris Blvd. Proceed through several stoplights until you get to the intersection of Jefferson Ave. Go through this light, and turn left at the next stoplight. This is the museum entrance. |
